Shipping - so you know!

So - you are about to ship your order or you already have, and something just was a little wierd on your shipping totals.

Hopefully - the following information will help!!!

Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping is free for party orders of $150 or more in total retail sales within the contiguous U.S. For direct-ship orders to individual customers, and party orders less than $150, add 10%. For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories add 10% for party orders of $150 or more. Add 20% for direct-ship orders, or orders under $150.

On business supply orders, shipping is free for orders of $30 or more. For business supply orders under $30 there is a flat $5 shipping fee ($10 for Alaska, Hawaii and US territories).

REMEMBER - delivery is usually within 2-3 weeks from when the order is SUBMITTED!!

If you tell your customers 2-3 weeks and their product gets delivered faster - they are even happier. Also, the beginning of the month and the last couple of days of the month tend to make the shipping times fall into the 2-3 week time frame instead of the 5-7 business days.
